沼氣是一種優(yōu)質(zhì)的清潔能源,可通過多種生物質(zhì)發(fā)酵獲得。我國有著儲量巨大的生物質(zhì)資源,包括農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)和城市固體廢棄物,及其他相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的副產(chǎn)品等。沼氣利用的途徑有多種,比如直接利用燃燒供熱、熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)或者提純凈化后作為車載燃氣、家庭供熱、化工原料等天然氣使用。沼氣經(jīng)過提純凈化制備的生物天然氣,可以完全替代石化天然氣,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有技術(shù)水平和經(jīng)濟可行性,我國能轉(zhuǎn)化當(dāng)量生物天然氣1200億立方米,可以大幅降低我國對石化天然氣依賴程度。
Biogas is a high-quality clean energy source that can be obtained through fermentation of various biomass. China has huge reserves of biomass resources, including solid waste from agriculture, industry, and cities, as well as by-products from other related industries. There are various ways to utilize biogas, such as direct combustion for heating, combined heat and power generation, or purified natural gas for vehicle use, household heating, chemical raw materials, etc. The bio natural gas prepared by purifying biogas can completely replace petrochemical natural gas. Based on the current technological level and economic feasibility, China can convert an equivalent of 120 billion cubic meters of bio natural gas, which can significantly reduce China's dependence on petrochemical natural gas.
沼氣高效提純精制生物天然氣是沼氣提純凈化制備高品質(zhì)生物天然氣、大幅提升甲烷利用品質(zhì)的技術(shù)。目前沼氣脫碳的主要工藝包括有機胺吸收法、壓力水洗法、膜分離方法、變壓吸附法、物理吸收法、深冷分離法等。而本項目開發(fā)的沼氣加壓水洗技術(shù)集成了水洗脫碳過程中閃蒸技術(shù)的合理有效利用技術(shù)、吸收塔解吸塔內(nèi)部核心部件的開發(fā)、同步回收二氧化碳技術(shù)、沼氣工程的能量集成系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和自動化控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計等多個方面進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計和開發(fā)。本項目開發(fā)的沼氣加壓水洗技術(shù)結(jié)合撬裝設(shè)備的設(shè)計理念,可在各種處理規(guī)模的沼氣工程中加以應(yīng)用推廣。
Efficient purification and refining of biogas is a technology for producing high-quality biogas through biogas purification and greatly improving the quality of methane utilization. At present, the main processes for decarbonization of biogas include organic amine absorption, pressure water washing, membrane separation, pressure swing adsorption, physical absorption, cryogenic separation, etc. The biogas pressurized water washing technology developed in this project integrates the rational and effective utilization of flash evaporation technology in the water washing decarbonization process, the development of core components inside the absorption tower and desorption tower, synchronous recovery of carbon dioxide technology, energy integration system design and automation control system design for biogas engineering, and other aspects for optimization design and development. The biogas pressurized water washing technology developed in this project, combined with the design concept of pry mounted equipment, can be applied and promoted in biogas projects of various processing scales.

Performance indicators:? The high-efficiency refined biogas technology developed in this project has low requirements for control level, stable and reliable operation, and no possibility of irreparable performance degradation. Its performance advantages are reflected in:
(1)甲烷回收率高達98.5%,完全符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《GB17820-2012天然氣》,在很大程度上拓展了沼氣的高值化利用途徑;

(8)處理規(guī)??纱罂尚?,適應(yīng)于包括大型超大型沼氣工程在內(nèi)的各種規(guī)模的沼氣工程。 項目階段與進展 本項目通過核心設(shè)備的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、模塊化,已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn),具備成熟的商業(yè)化推廣條件,可開展沼氣高效精致生物天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)化示范項目推廣,依托科研裝備研制和關(guān)鍵技術(shù),開發(fā)和研制了日處理能力2400m3的秸稈生物天然氣純化產(chǎn)業(yè)化中試科研裝備系統(tǒng)。目前沼氣提純制備生物天然氣已實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的日處理規(guī)模有3萬m3、4萬m3、6萬m3等多種規(guī)模,以滿足客戶需求。目前已建成的項目包括山東樂陵項目、青島平度項目、山東無棣項目、黑龍江克東項目等多個項目的落地和運行。經(jīng)過運行評估,沼氣提純凈化的成本在0.4-0.5元/ m3,可直接支撐大中型生物天然氣企業(yè)的正常運行,極大地推動我國生物天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。
(8) The processing scale can be large or small, suitable for various scales of biogas projects including large-scale and ultra large biogas projects. Project Stage and Progress: Through the standardization and modularization of core equipment, this project has achieved standardized production and has mature commercial promotion conditions. It can carry out the promotion of high-efficiency and refined biogas industrialization demonstration projects. Based on scientific research equipment development and key technologies, a pilot scientific research equipment system with a daily processing capacity of 2400m3 for straw biogas purification industrialization has been developed and researched. At present, the industrial scale of biogas purification for the production of bio natural gas includes various scales such as 30000 m3, 40000 m3, 60000 m3, etc., to meet customer needs. The projects that have been completed so far include the implementation and operation of multiple projects such as the Leling project in Shandong, the Pingdu project in Qingdao, the Wudi project in Shandong, and the Kedong project in Heilongjiang. After operational evaluation, the cost of biogas purification and purification is 0.4-0.5 yuan/m3, which can directly support the normal operation of large and medium-sized biogas enterprises and greatly promote the rapid development of China's biogas industry.
應(yīng)用前景 針對我國沼氣提純精制生物天然氣技術(shù)水平低、研發(fā)力量薄弱、科研裝備缺乏、等問題, 本項目開發(fā)了沼氣加壓水洗制備生物天然氣的技術(shù)與裝備體系?;谏锾烊粴獾奶钾撔?yīng)等特性和應(yīng)用廣泛的需求,沼氣高效提純精制天然氣技術(shù),是沼氣純化提質(zhì)產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)上的一次重大突破,是我國自有知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的成果,將實質(zhì)性推動生物天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。沼氣高效提純精制的天然氣完全符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《GB17820-2012天然氣》,可以逐步替代石化天然氣,占據(jù)一定的市場份額。生物天然氣在很大程度上拓展了沼氣的高值化利用途徑,提高了沼氣工程的經(jīng)濟性,并拓展沼氣/生物天然氣應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。
In response to the low level of biogas purification and refining technology, weak research and development capabilities, and lack of scientific research equipment in China, this project has developed a technology and equipment system for pressurized water washing of biogas to prepare biogas. Based on the characteristics of carbon negative effects and the widespread demand for applications of biogas, the high-efficiency purification and refining technology of biogas is a major breakthrough in the industrialization of biogas purification and upgrading technology. It is a result of China's own intellectual property rights and will substantially promote the development of the biogas industry. The highly efficient purification and refining of natural gas from biogas fully complies with the national standard GB17820-2012 Natural Gas, and can gradually replace petrochemical natural gas, occupying a certain market share. Bionatural gas has greatly expanded the high-value utilization of biogas, improved the economy of biogas engineering, and expanded the application fields of biogas/biogas.
